If hearing Ryan Adams transform Taylor Swift's 1989 into a classic rock album reminiscent of The Eagles and Bruce Springsteen wasn't enough, we've got your next T. Swift fix right here: ana cappella medley from married duo Peter and Evynne Hollens.
The lovebirds used only their voices and clapping to create their four-minute reinterpretation. Listening to two spouses knocking out tunes like "This Love" and "Wildest Dreams" together adds a new, thrilling dynamic to Swift's lyrics
"Her album is produced so well, and the team that put it together did such a good job: the songwriting, tracking, mixing, everything," said Peter Hollens, who gained notoriety on YouTube before inking record deal with Sony Music last year.
FifGen Films recorded the video inside Whiteside Theatre in Corvallis, Oregon.
"I have also admired a lot of the articles Taylor has written lately, and the way she has fought back to support the smaller artists with Apple Music," he added.
This isn't the first time his wife Evynne has covered Swift. Earlier this year, she mashed up Florence and the Machine's "Shake It Out" with Swift's "Shake It Off."
She's also on Peter's debut album, which featured collaborations with The Beach Boys' Brian Wilson, violinist Lindsey Stirling, Pentatonix's Avi Kaplan, actress Sabrina Carpenter andAmerica's Got Talent alum Jackie Evancho.
